What you will see
The printer or MFP stops printing when an intervention request or attendance message is displayed on the LCD.
Suggested Remedy
Activation of the Print Recovery/Auto Continue feature. This default setting is disabled.This feature can be turned on via operator panel or embedded web server.
Operator panel:

Press Menu.
Press Settings.
Press General Settings.
Press the down-arrow ~four times until you see Print Recovery.
Press the corresponding button next to Print Recovery.
Next to Auto Continue, press the right or left-arrow buttons to adjust the time*.
Press Submit. Click here for illustration.
* The amount of time (five-255 sec.) the attendance message is displayed before being suppressed and allowing for the print job's completion. Print results may vary depending on attendance message. NOTE: Other MFP and printer models carry this feature. The general path for most printers: Menu > Settings > General Settings > Print Recovery > Auto Continue.
Embedded Web Server:

Enter the TCP/IP address of the MFP/printer into the URL field; e.g., http://MFP_IP_ADDRESS.
Click on Settings(Configuration) .
Click on General Settings.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Print Recovery.
Adjust the time.
Click Submit.
