Defect Symptom The issue can be described as white void on a solid black area at the edge of page (typically within 12 mm from the edge of paper) with "Plain Paper" setting. The possible cause could be a low voltage power line and/or a cold printer fuser. See sample print below.
Troubleshooting Please change the paper texture setting from “Plain” to "Rough".

Press the menu icon on the bottom-right side of the screen.

Select the "Paper Menu".

Select "Paper Texture”.

Select "Plain Texture”.

Change the setting to "Rough" and press "Submit".

Press the "Home" icon to go back to home screen.
