When using the Lexmark Card Copy app, the output comes out too dark.
NOTE: The copy and print qualities are both fine.
Here are the settings that need to be set up on the printer to fix the issue.

Open the printer’s Embedded Webserver (EWS) by typing the printer’s IP address on an Internet browser, that is, http://192.168.10.1.

Go to Settings >Print Settings >Quality Menu.

Make sure that the settings are set exactly like this sample image below:
