Overview
The operator panel on the MFP is stuck and does not tilt-up. To correct the issue, follow the suggested steps below:

2 | Check on the left-hand side of the display (see red in right-hand image) where the display latch is located. Check for any broken or missing parts on the latch. If the latch is broken or missing, a service call will likely be required to resolve the issue. | |
3 | If the latch is not damaged, ensure that the latch is snapped in place. | |
4 | Try pressing on the latch and check whether it appears stuck or jammed. | |
