Make sure the printer is switched on.
Press the Menu button
Press the down arrow button
Check the first section on the network setup page to confirm that the Status is Connected.
If the Status is listed as Not Connected, the LAN drop may not be active, or the network cable may be malfunctioning. Contac t a system support person for a solution. Then print another network setup page to verify that the printer is connected to the network.
