Try printing on recommended media that is dry and fresh out of a ream.
Try using a different toner cartridge if available.
Should printout have only one vertical band down the page, measure the distance of the band from the edge of the paper. If the distance is approximately 72mm (2.835 inches), contact Lexmark Technical Support to set up service for the printer.
