ExplanationThis setting controls how the fax images are addressed when they are sent to the fax server. The user is presented with the normal fax dial pad when the MFP is in fax server mode. The MFP administrator must pre-configure the fax addressing scheme; the To Format setting allows for this.
What to doUse [#]@fa x.mycompany.com as the format (see examples below). Thus a user's fax to 18595551212 will be sent to 18595551212@fax.mycompany.com.
