Explanation of the error message
A 202 Paper Jam message indicates that a piece of paper has been detected in the MFP's paper path and needs to be removed.
CAUTION - HOT SURFACE!To reduce the risk of injury from a hot component, allow the surface to cool before touching it.
Recovery steps
IMPORTANT: The print media may be covered with unfused toner, which can stain garments and skin. Be careful when removing the jam from the printer.
