Issue Description:
When trying to log in with a valid user ID (UID) and password (PW) on the Lexmark Cloud Services (LCS) portal, it redirects back to the login page instead.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, make sure to clear the browser's cache and cookies.
Note:
There are different procedures for clearing the cache and cookies for each browser. Use 'Clearing browser cookies' or 'Clearing browser data' as a keyword on your preferred search engine to locate the steps for each browser.
