Paper jam in the automatic document feeder

    Paper jam in door A

  1. Open door A.

  2. Remove the jammed paper.

    Note:  Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

  3. Close door A.

  1. Open the scanner cover.

  2. Press the green latch to open door A1.

  3. Turn the green knob near door A1 to the right, and then remove the jammed paper.

    Note:  Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.

  4. Close door A1, and then close the scanner cover.

  1. Remove any paper from the automatic document feeder bin.

  2. Remove the jammed paper.

    Note:  Make sure that all paper fragments are removed.
