Cannot set up etherFAX

• Check the printer connectivity.


1. From the control panel, navigate to Settings > Reports > Network > Network Setup Page.



2. Check the network status on the printed page.

• Make sure that the printer is connected to a network and the network is connected to the Internet.
• Make sure that etherFAX is set up correctly. For more information, see Setting up the fax function using etherFAX.
