Solution
Remove the affected cartridge from the printer and shake it more than 20 times.
If the issue remains, replace the affected cartridge.
To order toner, follow these steps:

Go to Lexmark.com.

Click Supplies & Accessories. In the dropdown menu, click Find Supplies.

In the search bar, type the printer model or supplies part number. Click Find my supplies.

In the product page, scroll down and look for the Supplies tab.

Choose the product to order and Add to Cart.
