1 | Print the document and check if the print quality still appears dark. |
2 | If the issue persists, make sure that the latest printer firmware (FW) version (EC 0.5) is installed. |
3 | Perform a power-on-reset (POR) by powering the printer off and power it back on. |
4 | Open the printer front door and remove the supplies. |
5 | Remove the toner cartridge from the imaging unit to separate the two supplies. |
6 | Insert the toner cartridge back to the imaging unit, install back the supplies to the printer and close the front door. |
7 | Perform a test print and check if the print quality still appears dark. |
8 | Should the issue persist, replace the Imaging Unit with Part number: B220Z00. |
