From the control panel, navigate to: Settings > Paper > Media Configuration > Media Types.

Make sure that the printer settings for Type, Weight, and Texture match the paper being loaded.

Reprint the job to check if print defect has improved.

If the print defect still appears, allow the printer to reset and cool down before reprinting the job.
Note: Increase the time between printing jobs for a large amount of output

If the printer settings match the paper being loaded and the print defect still appears, navigate to: Settings > Paper > Media Configuration > Media Type

Change paper setting to Type = Plain, Weight = Light, Texture = Smooth. This sets the fuser to a lower temperature.

Allow the printer to reset and cool down.
