Step 1
From the home screen, touch Settings > Device > Notifications > Jam Content Recovery.
In the Jam Recovery menu, touch On or Auto.
Print the document.
Are the jammed pages reprinted?
The problem is solved.
Contact customer support.
Are the fine lines or special characters not printed correctly? Check the toner cartridge and adjust the toner darkness of your printer.
Are you seeing completely black printed pages? Check if the imaging unit is properly installed or needs to be replaced.
