Step | Action |
1 | Print at least 20-25 pages and observe if the white gapping issue disappears. |
2 | If the print quality issue continues to appear, perform a power-on-reset (POR) by powering the printer off and power it back ON. |
3 | Open the printer front door and remove the supplies. |
4 | Remove the toner cartridge from the imaging unit to separate the two supplies. Click here to view image. |
5 | Insert the toner cartridge back to the imaging unit, install back the supplies to the printer and close the front door. |
6 | Perform a test print and check if the PQ issue still appears. |
