Check if the AC line cord is securely connected to both the wall outlet and the back of the printer.

Make sure the power switch is turned on.

Check if the wall outlet used is good by inspecting another electronic equipment’s functions when said equipment is plugged into the same wall outlet.

Try another wall outlet, if possible.

Tap the touchscreen. If the display lights up, request firmware upgrade that includes this bug fix.
