Try one or more of the following:
Print the Test Quality Pages. From the control panel, navigate to Settings > Troubleshooting > Print Quality Test Pages.
Correct any print quality defects. For more information, see Print quality is poor.
From the control panel, navigate to Settings > Fax > Fax Setup > Fax Receive Settings > Admin Controls.
In the Max Speed menu, select a lower transmission speed.
If the problem persists, then contact customer support.
