Configuring the fax speaker settings

  1. From the control panel, navigate to Settings > Fax > Fax Setup > Speaker Settings.

  2. Do the following:

    • Set Speaker Mode to Always On.
    • Set Speaker Volume to High.
    • Activate Ringer Volume.
