Solution
Any one of the following workarounds will update the CFM portal with the current printer panel notification message:
- Update the Printer Agent to the latest version, v3.3.2 or later.
- Perform Refresh Printer Information task.
- Restart the printer.
- From the CFM portal printer listing page, perform a “Clear notification” task followed by a “Send notification to panel” task using the latest notification message.
