When a customer prints a document using the LPM SaaS app, the print jobs are not released. Upon manually releasing a print job, it disappears from the queue.
The issue is caused by a setting under printing preferences that is unselected. To resolve this issue, please refer to the following steps:
On the Start menu, click on Control Panel.
Click Printer in Hardware and Sound.
If using Windows 7, click View devices and printers in "Hardware and Sound".
If using Windows Server 2008 R2, click [View devices and printers] in "Hardware".
Right-click the icon of the printer you want to use, and then click Printing Preferences.
If using Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2, right-click the icon of the printer you want to use, and then click Printing Preferences.
Click on the Quality Tab and make sure that Print in black and white is selected.
Click on Apply, then OK.
