What you will see

Upon power-up of a brand-new printer, you receive a "Replace unsupported cartridge", message with one of the following error codes:

32.41 32.42 32.43 32.40D 32.41D 32.42D 32.43D


If you have attempted reinstalling the cartridge and the issue persists, then contact Lexmark Technical Support and reference this article ID#:TE893.
