Upon power-up of a brand-new printer, you receive a "Replace unsupported cartridge", message with one of the following error codes: 32.41, 32.42, 32.43, 32.40D, 32.41D, 32.42D, 32.43D.
If you have attempted to reinstall the cartridge and the issue persists, contact support.
