Issue description
When a user prints a document in a cold and dry environment, they observed some black horizontal lines which intermittently appear on the left/right edge of the printed document. This print quality defect has also been seen multiple times on a single printed sheet and seems to appear in a repeating pattern.
Recommendations
Prevention | Description |
Keep the printer as close to supported conditions as possible. | Make sure you are using the printer in an environment where the temperature is at a comfortable room temperature' level or higher. |
Make sure that the issue only occurs when printing in a cold and dry environment | If the print quality defect appears in a warm or humid temperature, then the issue could be related to something different. |
