Error occurs when feeding stess media (short grain A6 or magazine paper) on the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)

Issue description

Scanner jams appear on the printer display when feeding stress media, such as short grain A6 or magazine paper, on the ADF.

Possible cause:

The paper beam strength is too low for proper feeding.

Note:  This issue happens after running a few pages through the ADF.

Solution

Using the flatbed scanner instead of the ADF to scan stress media will fix the issue.
