VCRUNTIME140.dll not found when launching ScanBack Utility

Issue description

When launching the ScanBack Utility version 5.7.0.0 or later, an error message says that a required Visual C++ running library component is missing in the system. ​

Solution

Download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 RC.
