What you will see
The printer immediately registers a 200.91 error code upon startup or after clearing a previous jam.
Troubleshooting
Step | Action |
1 | Open both Door A (front door) and the 250-sheet tray (Tray 1). |
2 | Clear any paper that is jammed or partially picked from the 250-sheet tray. |
3 | Close all covers including the tray. If the error code still appears, remove Tray 1 and make sure that it is not overloaded. |
4 | If the tray is not overfilled, remove the 250-sheet tray and check the S2 sensor and make sure it is able to move freely. |
5 | Make sure that the S2 sensor is free from any obstruction. | S2 sensor blocked by paper |
|
6 | Close all covers including the tray once more and check if the error persists. |
7 | If the printer goes to a Ready state, perform another test print to verify if the issue is resolved. |
