Solution: Lexmark Embedded Document Accounting Solution (eDAS)
Upon releasing large or numerous print jobs and printing from a thumb drive, you will observe the following when the Lexmark Embedded Document Accounting Solution (eDAS) is installed on the device:
A 'Memory Full' message displays on the printer.
Other scan-to functions fail to work.
A 'Busy Please Wait' message displays on the printer when attempting to perform other scan-to functions.
Updating eDAS to version 18.104.22.168 will fix the issue.
The latest version of eDAS addresses a memory leak when printing large jobs (release all) and reserves more native memory for held jobs.
