Printers are not communicating with the Cloud Fleet Management

Issue Description:

Printers enrolled in the Lexmark Cloud Fleet Management (CFM) have stopped polling and won't respond to task requests from the Cloud Fleet Management.

Solution:

Check the current printer firmware and m

anually update it using the printer's embedded web server.
