Blank space on the printer Home Screen when hidden app is added

Issue description

If the Home Screen Customize feature in the Home Screen section of the Printer Details page in the CFM portal is used to add hidden eSF applications, blank spaces will be shown on the printer’s home screen. Also, when using the Home Screen View home screen feature, “-BLANK SPACE-” will be shown in the location of the hidden eSF applications.

Solution

1. Turn the printer Off and turn it back On after a minute.



2. If the issue persists, call Lexmark Support and have the following available.
