Overview
Attempting to run folded media in the ADF may result in media bowing (especially tri-folded media) and not impacting one of the paper present sensors. Thus, ADF may not recognize the media loaded and will not feed.
Solution
Unbend and unfold media to lay it flat as possible. Otherwise, use the flatbed scanner to scan/copy stress media.
