Issue Description:
A user encounters a 202.x3 paper jam (Fuser belt wrap) error when printing high coverage files with small edge margins. This is commonly seen when using Statement and A6 sized media.
Solution:
To prevent this error from occuring, make sure to follow the recommendations provided.
Make a minimum of 5mm adjustment to the top margin.
Adjust the toner darkness in the printing preferences to light.
Under printing preferences, change the paper type to light.
Use the appropriate fuser type (hot roll) for narrow media.
Flip over the stack of media from where the source (tray) of the issue occurs.
If the error message continues, replace media loaded in the tray with a new ream.
