Issue Description:
During scanner operation, whether it be the scanner calibrating on power-up, or making scans or copies, an 800.00 error code can appear with a blue background
on the printer home screen
.
Solution:

Power the printer Off for at least one minute.

Power the printer On and check if the issue persists.

Additional Information:
This issue seems to mainly occur at first installation of the printer, and nearly always occurs at power-up.
The issue seems to be due to a manufacturing issue with the ADF control card with the HDMI connectors getting contaminated.
If all of these repairs are attempted and there is still no success;
the case should be escalated to the product and scanner PE teams.
