Users are unable to update the printer firmware using the Lexmark Cloud Fleet Management app.
This issue happens only to the printers with firmware level prior to EC6 (LHS60.xx.P617).
The printer firmware must be updated to LHS60.xx.P617 or later.
Check the current printer firmware. Refer to xref_Check_xref for the steps.
If the firmware level is below LHS60.xx.P617, m
anually update the firmware using the printer's embedded web server. Follow the steps on xref_HO550_xref.
