Unable to insert smart card into card reader slot

Issue description

The user is unable or having difficulty inserting the smart card in the reader slot due to the slot being too narrow. The card wont go in at all or poses damage if forced to. This issue affects printer models that use the Contact Authentication Device.

Proceed with replacing the 57X0300 Contact Authentication Device.
