This document deals with a "poor fuse grade" print quality defect when the printer is within an ambient environment.
|1||Power the printer Off for a few minutes, and then perform a test print.|
If the print quality defect persists, tap Settings on the control panel, then go to Paper > Tray Configuration.
|3|| Select the appropriate paper type currently loaded on the tray and tap Save.|
Should the issue persist, tap Settings > Paper > Media Configuration > Media Types.
Adjust the media texture setting to Rough and the media weight setting to Heavy. This will also slightly increase the fusing temperature.
E.g., Plain- Texture (Rough) and Weight (Heavy)
|6||Click Submit and perform a test print.|
