What you will see 
The paper jams behind the multipurpose feeder (MPF) tray and a 232.13 paper jam error appears on the printer.
NOTE: This error occurs only after replacing the MPF tray.
Possible cause
A non-duplex tray is inserted to the printer. The non-duplex tray is supported on the MS821n and MS823n printer models only.
Solution
Step 1. Remove the duplex/multipurpose feeder (MPF) tray from the printer.
- Open the front door
- Press the blue handle and then pull the tray out.
Step 2. Check and remove any jammed paper.
Step 3. Visually check the bottom of the duplex/multipurpose feeder (MPF) tray to confirm whether the tray is for duplexing or non-duplexing one. If the printer model supports duplexing and the tray inserted is a non-duplex one then tray needs to be replaced.
