Issue description
The MPF pick roller pops out of its socket, which may occur when removing paper from the multipurpose feeder.
Troubleshooting
| Step | Action |
| 1 | Reseat the MPF pick roller into its socket. |
| 2 | Press down on the tab to lock the MPF roller assembly in place. |
| 3 | Load media back into the MPF and then remove it. |
| 4 | - If the MPF pick roller is still loose, proceed to the " Still need help?" section of this article.
- If the MPF pick roller stays in place, then the issue is resolved.
