Issue Description:
When scanning/copying thinner paper (e.g., having 16lbs. to 20 lbs. paper weight), the backside image of the documents are copied and visible on the copy/scan output.
Solution:
To resolve the issue, adjust the background removal settings by navigating to Settings > Copy > Advanced Imaging > Background Removal and change the level until you reach the desired copy/scan output.
