Printer wireless connection is slow or printer appears unresponsive and drops wireless connection

Issue Description:

The printer is unresponsive, loses wireless network connection and the ping response time is poor.

Solution:

Update the device firmware to version 074.250 or newer. If the issue persists, contact Lexmark Technical Support for additional assistance.
