Paper jams when inserting any media type through manual feeder

Issue description

While in the process of printing a document from the primary tray and you simultaneously insert any type of media through the Manual Feeder slot, the printer picks the media and causes the printer to jam.

Solution

To prevent this issue from occurring, make sure to avoid inserting any media such as an envelope through the Manual Feeder while the printer is printing from the primary tray.

If the printer is already in the Ready state, then you can use the Manual Feeder for printing.
