Ripple patterns appearing on gray background when copying

Issue description

The copy output depicts striped or jagged patterns when copying documents with gray background.

Solution

1. From the printer touchscreen panel, scroll and navigate through Settings > Copy > Content Type and change it from "Text/Photo" to "Photo". Click here for an illustration.



2. If the issue persists, try changing the source image's background to another color, if possible.
