Recurring garbled images or random colored backgrounds appear when scanning wirelessly

Issue description

When an image is wirelessly scanned through the network using Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) or Flatbed (FB), Garbled Images/Random Colored Backgrounds intermittently appear on the scanned document.

Solution

• Perform a Power-ON Reset (POR) to clear this issue.
• Use Scan to E-mail or Scan to a Thumb drive to avoid this issue.
• Use a wired connection scanning through the network.
