Paper jams and Paper Damage Issues When Using Pre-Hole Punched Media

What you will see

When printing a pre-hole punched media, any holes that are 70-75 mm in diameter from the left edge of the page are likely to result in torn paper or paper jams.

Explanation

This issue is due to the paper type used which is not supported on this printer.

Recommendation

It is possible to print this type of media, by changing the orientation in which the holes are located in a different direction.
