Sheets Are Deeply Inserted when Loading them to the ADF

Issue description

The media sheets are deeply inserted into the automatic document feeder (ADF) tray.

NOTE: There are no paper jams, multi-feeds, or scan/copy quality issues encountered in this particular issue.

Possible cause

This happens when the ADF pick mechanism (A) is not engaging properly to the ADF paper stops (B).

Solution

To fix the issue, open and close the ADF top cover.
