Enrolling a printer in the Fleet Management portal will not show the new serial number

Issue description

If a printer's serial number is changed and the printer is enrolled, the old serial number will be shown the Fleet Management portal.

Solution

After changing a printer's serial number, the printer must be rebooted prior to being enrolled.
