When printing a document, it has been observed that there are white repeating horizontal bands that appear on an out of the box (OOB) printer. Click the link below to see sample images.
Perform a power-on-reset (POR) by powering the printer off and power it back on.
Open the printer front door and remove the toner cartridge.
Remove the black imaging unit.
Check the imaging unit's photoconductor drum (A) for any marks.
If there are no marks with the photoconductor drum, Insert the imaging unit (1) and toner cartridge (2) back into the printer.
Perform a test print and check if the PQ issue still appears.
Should the issue persist, replace the Black Imaging Unit with Part number:
