Issue Description:
In removing the toner cartridge, the latches that secure the cartridge must be released. If these latches are left opened, the cartridge tray gets caught and stuck in the front door when you try to pull the tray completely.
Solution:
To fully open the toner cartridge tray, make sure to close the latches first before pulling the cartridge tray forward.
