Issue Description:
Wireless connectivity issues are encountered when connecting Lexmark printers or any multi-function devices to certain models of wireless gateway modems which is supplied by Comcast/Xfinity1 and/or Rogers/Shaw2
Wireless connection is successful but unable to print
Printer obtains wireless network IP address via DHCP but still unable to print
Pinging the printer IP results in a large number of lost packets and/or ping timeouts
The embedded web server (EWS) intermittently loads when accessed

Issue reported with Hitron CGNV4 ) The gateways use an Atheros AR9381-AL1A chipset for the 2.4 GHz wireless network.

Solution:
The firmware of the device will need to be updated to the latest version available on this link.
Note: Refer to KB Article xref_HO550_xref for steps on how to update the printer firmware. Contact Lexmark Technical Support if unable to find the firmware release or update the firmware.
