Issue Description:
Auto-configuration or Ask printer is not fetching installable options from the printer over USB connectivity. Additionally, the printer model name displayed will be displayed as “Universal Color Laser” for UPD & Color Generational driver and “Universal Mono Laser” for Mono Generational drivers.
This problem is only detected for printers that have the latest generation of Firmware, operating on Windows 11.
Note:
Installation (also Plug and Play installation) and printing are successful over USB port.
Workaround:
Disabling the IPP over USB setting in the printer.
OR
Manually select the required installable options from the printer properties windows (i.e., Configuration Tab).
